On 27th November 2013, Buana Pacifik International and Jones Lange LaSalle hosted a pre-launch gala for Gayanti City at the Hyatt Hotel in Jakarta. In anticipation of the project’s ground breaking ceremony scheduled to take place in early 2014, the event was billed as a celebration of Gayanti City’s success thus far in introducing new and unique concepts to Indonesia’s fast developing luxury property industry. The pre-launch gala was also viewed as an opportunity for the country’s property and investment community to gain a better understanding of the luxury lifestyle that Gayanti City appeals to.

As esteemed guests enjoyed an elegant five course meal, they were made aware of the nuances that differentiate Gayanti City from high end properties that have come before it. Very much indicative of the positive investor sentiment surrounding Gayanti City, the event was marked by impressive sales figures. Prior to the close of the pre-launch gala, Gayanti City sold over 60% of one of its residential towers – a take up of more than half of the inventory made available at the event. Following this impressive showing, Buana Pacifik International proceeded with its plans to raise prices by 10%. The company anticipates similar success during Gayanti City’s ground breaking ceremony on 15th February 2014, when it will unveil the property’s show units to a selection of notable investors.
