In order to strengthen its internal capacity and comply with national regulations regarding capital requirements for general insurance companies in Indonesia, Bosowa Periskop has injected 100 billion RP into its capital base. The funds were raised from shareholders and retained funds from the company.
This move will provide the foundations on which Bosowa Periskop Insurance will launch its renewed vision and strategy as it aims to become a top 5 insurance player in the medium market. The company also plans to increase its penetration of its captive market within the Bosowa Group and this capital injection will provide the base on which the company can provide coverage for the group’s large scale projects.
