Eco-Friendly & Energy Efficient

As a modern textile manufacturing firm, Nagasakti Kurnia Textile Mills prioritises responsible and sustainable business practices at every stage of production. The company was among the first in its industry to install an in-house liquid waste management system, and continues to work with IPAL (Instalasi Pengolahan Limbah Industri) to ensure the seamless and safe handling of its byproducts. Through initiatives such as recycling its waste water to be reused during the manufacture of uniform fabrics, Nagasakti Kurnia Textile Mills complies with stringent eco-friendly standards of operation and has obtained ISO 14001:2004 certification (Environmental System Management) as evidence of this fact.

Nagasakti Kurnia Textile Mills also goes above and beyond to achieve energy efficiency within its manufacturing facilities in Bandung, West Java. In line with the Indonesian government’s goal of reducing the consumption of fuel oil, the company powers its factory through the use of two boiler machines; one producing 25 tons of steam per hour and the other tapping into a chain grade continuous feeding system with a capacity of 8 million kilocalories per hour. The implementation of this machinery stands as yet another example of Nagasakti Kurnia Textile Mills’ dedication to investing in new technology providing tangible benefits to efficiency and productivity.
